The College Recommendation link is ONLY emailed out to the CIF-SS High School Presidents, Instructors and the local Collegiate Assignors at the end of May/beginning of June and are typically due before PAVO registration has opened.
To obtain a College recommendation, it must be from one of the following criteria:
- Your current High School Unit Instructor or President – Must hold a rating of C1*, C1, or C2 and have maintained this rating for at least 2 years as a member in good standing.
- USAV Representative (currently John Pedersen for SCSN).
- A current College Assignor.
Then be prepared to pay PAVO College Dues, attend the NCAA/PAVO College Rules Clinic, take and pass the PAVO test with a minimum of 80%, and also complete a Collegiate On-Court Evaluation.
